HOW DOES CYRCLE SHOP WORK?

Joining us and switching to Zero-waste grocery shopping can be done in a few simple steps:

​

(1) Choose your products from a range of selections available on our website.

(2) Select your packaging options and whether to borrow or purchase our reusable products.

(3) Receive your order straight to your doorstep even if you are not at home.

(4) Rinse and Return your empty containers by leaving them outside your door.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

​

We try our best to deliver your order within 2-3 business days from the time of receiving your order.  You need not be home to receive your order as our delivery partner will leave your order at a safe location. If you have any preferred time or a safe location, you can leave us a note in the instruction note box when you make your order or flick us an email at teamcyrcle@gmail.com and we will do our best to meet your demands.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

​

Currently, we do not have a minimum order value, however, we encourage you to consider your impact when ordering lesser quantities, so plan ahead and order for the whole week. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $30 value.

​

DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING?

​

Absolutely not! We strongly encourage the use of plastic-free reusable packaging where possible. All our products are packed in our reusable jars, and we encourage you to return them to us once you have finished. To ensure proper collection, we charge a deposit fee per jar and provide a credit coupon once the jar has been returned. 

​

Our reusable jars, made from recycled materials are also available for purchase. They are a great addition to your kitchen storage and can be reused several times, helping you transition to a Zero-waste Pantry.

HOW DO I RETURN CONTAINERS FOR WASHING & REUSE?

​

Once you have emptied the contents of the containers, simply rinse them and place them in your cyrcle tote. Leave all of your tote bags out for the delivery driver to collect when your next order is delivered. We encourage you to return the containers at your next order to reduce the impact of a special pickup trip.

If you don't want to order again, you can send us an email at teamcyrcle@gmail.com with a preferred date and time, and we can organize a pickup accordingly.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP CONTAINERS BEFORE RETURNING?

​

You can keep using borrowed containers, lids & tote bags for as long as it takes for you to finish the items. However, we do ask you to return the containers at your next order to further reduce the impact of driving around. 

​

You are welcome to keep the reusable products after paying the appropriate fees for owning them, or, you can pay a small security deposit fee that is fully refundable once the products are returned to us

​

CAN I ENQUIRY A REFUND FOR RETURNING CONTAINERS?

​

If you would prefer a refund instead of a coupon, for your next order, you can send us a note in your order comments, and we can organize this for you. If you don't want to order again, you can simply email us at: teamcyrcle@gmail.com and we can organize a pickup and provide you a refund.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU CURRENTLY DELIVER TO?

​

Currently, we are only delivering to the suburbs of Metro Melbourne, and would absolutely love to deliver to new neighborhoods. If you would like for us to deliver in your suburb, please LET US KNOW your postcode so we can hit you up once we are there. The sooner you will let us know, the quicker we can grow. WHAT DOES CIRCULAR ECONOMY MEAN AND HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

​

A circular economy aims at eliminating waste, the continual use of resources, and the regeneration of our natural systems. By ordering our products you will be replacing your usual plastic packaged products with zero-waste products. We encourage you to return the empty bottles on your next order so we reduce the logistics impact. We will then be cleaning them thoroughly and reusing them for our next orders. You have just become a circular lifestyle member, ta-da!
